ANEON’S GROUP INSURANCE PLANS
All ANEON full-time employees, and their qualified dependents, are eligible to participate in ANEON’s medical, dental, and/or vision insurance plans. Medical Plan costs are shared by the employee and the company. ANEON sponsors 100% of dental and vision premiums.
HEALTH INSURANCE
ANEON’s medical plan is PPO/Choice/Platinum by UnitedHealthcare.
LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Life insurance coverage is provided at no cost to you, effective on the first day of the following the month of your date of hire. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is also provided.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY (STD) INSURANCE
Short Term Disability Insurance is company-provided at no cost to employees. The coverage includes 60% of weekly earnings, up to 13 weeks.
LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD) INSURANCE
Long Term Disability Insurance is provided at no cost to employees. Our plan covers 60% of monthly earnings, the benefit begins after day 91.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
ANEON provides non-taxable financial support to employees who pursue professional development through education. Educational assistance benefits include payments for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment.
401(K) PLAN
Employees are eligible to participate in ANEON’s 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan after meeting the eligibility requirements. ANEON matches contribution of 100%, up to 3% of compensation and 50% of the next 2% without any vesting time. ShareBuilder, the Plan Administrator, offers a wide variety of investment options.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
ANEON provides PTO to all salaried employees to enable them to take paid time off for rest, recreation, illness, and personal reasons. ANEON believes this time is invaluable for employees to enhance their work and home productivity and make their work experience with ANEON personally gratifying.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
The Employee Referral Program offers cash rewards for referring job candidates who are hired and retained by ANEON.

If you regularly use Metro, a pre-tax benefit is available via payroll deduction, which employees download monthly to their SmarTrip card.
